Any items of your choosing provided in disposable aluminum pansInsulated Transport Boxes and Chafing Dishes available with refundable deposit
You are responsible for picking up your food and returning any borrowed equipment
on site Buffet
We will deliver your food to your location and set up the buffet lineBuffet attendants available for additional fee to keep buffet refreshed and assist with tear down and clean up
If not using buffet attendants you are responsible for returning equipment
Plated multicourse Meals
In order to provide plated meals at your location there must be a clean workspace with power and water supplyWe will work with you to design a menu that accommodates your desires while allowing for smooth timely service
